As we continue through our journey, specific items tend to become favorites and staples within our routine. Here are some things we can’t live without:


Oh, did I not specify that places can be included too? My bad. Well since we both live here, it’s hard not to love this place. There are so many health & fitness minded people in Colorado and specifically Denver, it makes it quite easy to follow suit. Tons of places to grab healthy meals, studios with so many different types of classes and within a 30 minute drive you can be hiking in the mountains. Not sure it gets any better than this.


Whole Food Nutrition:


Of course we want to eat healthy all the time, but that isn’t always easy. One of Megan’s obsessions is whole food in a capsule. 7-13 daily servings of fruits & veggies included. Megan also takes daily vegan omegas 3-5-6-7-9.

Kodiak Cakes:

These are a staple in Christine’s diet. She eats them daily; mixing flavors, adding peanut butter and even fruit. The pancake / waffle / muffin mixes are packed with protein and fiber and curb any sweet tooth, without guilt!
